We love Sophie, she is the perfect fit for our family. We wanted to send you a couple of pictures we took this week, especially the picture we call "dentures" --it makes us laugh every time we look at it! Warm regards, Ethan & Harrison, Jennifer & Bryann

Comments:Lala had her first trip to an indoor arena yesterday, loaded beautifully, handled the whole experience like a lady. She has picked up lunging quickly and carried Emily and another little vaulter at walk out on the line. She was calm and accepted her vaulters movements without worry or complaint. I think she is happy with her new job, especially when her people love on her. She is doing well with her pasture mates, eats well, likes grooming time. We'll get some pictures for you soon. We are loving her!

Comments:There was a visitor to our farm last week. Her name is bethany egan. She rushed because she wanted to be in line for a very good gelding I have for sale. Unfortunately, the gelding had just been trimmed and after a few minutes of riding hit a rock and went lame. I should have trusted my instincts I did not feel comfortable with her from the outset but she made a long drive so I was accommodating. A tip is that she said she had been searching for a whole year and had met nothing but unscrupulous people and lame horses. So, now she vows to post negative comments about me everywhere , saying that I am unscrupulous and dishonest. Why do I post this? Because it is so clear to me that people see the world how they are and not how it is. You manifest around you what you expect. A kindly nature begets a kindly life. She is sent to me as a reminder of the power of the lens through which we see the world. By the way, the gelding was shod the next day and going just beautifully

I worked with her and she is ready for my son to ride her. I also took her to a bomb proofing clinic a couple of times and she wasn't fazed in the least. Also my friend showed her at our Grange show and she was in the ribbons in all of her clssses. Even finished 2nd in one. She is so versatile. She is a farm favorite! So glad I got her from you.

She have me updates and even offered her back to me because she knew I was attached to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone before u decide before u take ur horse to the auction. She really takes her time to match the right horse with the right rider. I bought my Appaloosa mare from Eleanor almost a year ago and I have never been happier. I also board my horse at her place and all the horses are happy and healthy. They have 24/7 access to quality hay, water, and run in sheds. Eleanor hauls us to all the local parks and trail heads where I have spent countless hours in the saddle riding and enjoying the local parks. Thank you for everything that you do for our horses and us boarders!!

I went there to see one horse advertised and have no surprises, if fact the horse was even better than I first thought, I came home with 2 horses! I like the way that Eleanor will check out where her horses are going before she sells one. While we were there it was great watching her with another person looking to buy his first horse, she takes the time to match the right horse with the right person.

The horses have free access to hay, have acres to run around on & have a automatic water filler. They have plenty of screen shelters to keep the bugs off them. The run in sheds are cleaned daily, I know this because I help clean them. Eleanor has two stalls & a few side pens if your horse is hurt or just needs to be kept out if the field for awhile. We have regular vet, farrier & dentist visits. This barn is by far the best I have ever been at!!

I hope to get him to an endurance or competitive trail riding event this summer or fall for a fun, easy event for him. He does love the trails! Attached is a picture of him and my husband at his new barn. I love that picture of the two of them! They are both happy with each other. I love the Arab gelding on your website. When he left to go to his new owners he was a gorgeous, fit, and a much better trail horse. We could not have accomplished the sale to such a good new home without your help. The time that you spent advertising on various web sites, taking him on about 20 trail rides throughout Southeastern PA, recommending patience training to minimize his fidgeting when tied (and supplying Nora's help)are much appreciated. Your facilities and manner of horse keeping are first rate and your years of experience show in the horses' appearance and health. Comments:We purchased our gray rescue mare, Catori,(which means spirit in Hopi) thru Eleanor and AC4H. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful service AC4H is doing. This special mare could have perished at slaughter, instead she is bringing joy to our lives. She has a sound mind, is gentle, kind and smart. While she initially ran at the sight of anyone, it took no time for her to greet us at the fence. She is now in her forever home where she will be loved and respected. We are blessed by her hopeful and trusting spirit, that persists, despite the unknown circumstances that brought her to the slaughter auction. Thank you to Eleanor, AC4H, and most of all Catori, for not giving up.

Thank you for checking them over as much as you did, for taking such great care even down to the loving details of putting blankets on them!! No one's ever done that while holding over or hauling any of my horses - so bless you. I was sleeping & first thing I thought of when I awoke was how they were doing. Didn't expect you to go through so much trouble - thank you for caring!! I can't wait to meet them!!!! I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart!! One of the girls that use to teach at our farm rode Noel for the first time today because I have been sick for the last couple of weeks. She said she was very good just really green. She even took her out to the trails by herself no other horses around. The instructor really liked her. I just thought I would let you know that she is doing well and is gaining weight nicely. Thanks again Kathy

Comments:Hi Eleanor, I hope this note finds you well! Hard to believe that eleven years ago today I adopted Belle Aer from you. Where has that time gone? We are both doing very well and itching to get back out on the trail after this long wet and muddy winter. Fortunately I have a friend in Blue Bell with an indoor ring and so we are getting some riding in. Belle has a new friend this year. The horse who was her stable mate for the past 4 or 5 years was sold to a wonderful man that I think you may know, Mark Tratenberg. So we needed a new friend and Murdoch moved in. He is a 17 year old Appaloosa and the two horses get along great. Belle will also be 17 next month, but nobody believes me because she looks great and still acts like a youngster! I love seeing your posts on Facebook! Happy regards! Dana

In October 2012 I decided to follow my heart and try to find something that could bring back that JOY that was named Thunder. I networked, searched the internet and I believe that God led me to Val's Coral. Eleanor's keen eye for horses picked my best friend Dodge out from the AC4H Auction Horses. Dodge is a magnificient 16 hand Blue Roan Appaloosa, his physical beauty does not touch his inner beauty. He is smart, he is a pet as well as a magnificent athelete, he wants to please and is oh so sensitive. I spend every moment that I can with him, and those moments have paid dividends. He has learned quickly how to neck rein,he is learning to play fetch, and he is a delight to ride. Dodge and I are pretty tight and I plan to hold onto him very tightly with my heart and soul...did I tell you how he tickled his Momma's heart on our very first trail ride??Thank you Eleanor for bringing him into my life. Me..... a concept that I had not given alot of thought about, what do I want to do with the rest of my life? What was it back in the days gone by that truly delighted my soul? Of course my children filled my heart, my soul and my days but they now have lives of their own and I am thrilled to simply receive a text message from them now and again. I had a best friend as a child and his name was Thunder. Thunder was a bay colored pony with a black mane, tail and four black stockings. I spent more time than I can say with Thunder, I wrote songs for him, sang to him, taught him tricks like sit and lie down;he was my world. My parents saw things a bit differently and one day when I went to the pen to visit Thunder he was gone, gone forever as it turned out. Mom and Dad had decided that Thunder was not something that they could afford and to me it was as though they took my breath away. On that day and fore

Comments:Hi Eleanor... Sherman arrived at our farm late last night. We put him in our quarantine paddock, and he spent the night stretching his legs and devouring 1/3 of a round bale of hay. :-) This morning, I rode him around bareback for a few minutes - he was very gentle, and extremely responsive to the reins, even without a bit. I didn't do anything fancy, but I was definitely impressed with his overall demeanor. He was trained very well. I'm not sure how much time you spent with him, but he is also surprisingly affectionate. Andie & I can't thank you enough for taking care of everything at your end. We were both traveling on business when we saw the AC4H posting about him, and we would not have been able to rescue him without you picking him up and boarding him until Christy could transport him home. How anyone could slaughter such a magnificent animal for human consumption is beyond me. It shouldn't be legal.

Took the 4 in, loved them, sent us links to picture, kept us updated how they were doing and informed us of what their personalities were like. It can be pretty scary buying such a creature and not knowing what they are like. The big, grey Perch became the love of the bunch and will be missed. I can not say enough good things. Will definitely use Eleanor again if we ever decide to add to our herd.

Comments:All I can say is HIGHLY recommended!!! Eleanor was great. My boyfriend decided he wanted to get a horse..not just any horse, but a draft horse. Something that went "krplunk" when it walked. He heard that they were like riding a cadillac..smooth, gentle and kind. So, he went searching and found not one, but two, and one was over 18 Hands at AC4H. He then talked his friend into getting one as well. Heck, I couldn't be left out of the horse thing so I got a "normal" horse to add to my herd. So, you did catch that, 4 horses from AC4H in one stop shopping. Now, we live in Maine and trouble was having them go through quarantine to get their health cert and figure out travel arrangements. Eleanor was one of the names provided on a list from AC4H. I called, told her that I needed a place for 4 horses to stay and be vetted before making their final travels up to Maine. She was more than happy to help out and very pleased that we were able to save 4 horses. Throughout the whole ordea

I like that he goes forward on his own and I don’t have to make him go. I still ride him on long reins, he has been very quiet, no problem. No head bobbing either, that’s gone. We are becoming a team quickly and he makes for a willing riding partner. I spend a lot of time riding out front with him, to teach him to listen to me rather than taking clues from the others. It’s working out and he is starting to trust me. He hasn’t tried to bolt since the initial start up but I also haven’t put him in a situation where he would bolt. He runs to the mare when he sees me coming with a halter in my hand; when I don’t bring the halter, he walks right up to me for some attentionJ I plan on taking him to competition in Birdsboro next Sunday. This a speed event, there will be more excitement, but nothing he couldn’t manage. The horses get plenty of breaks while we look for clues and objects. Hawk Mountain, Blue Mountain, he hasn’t been slow or tired, no huffing and puffing, he can manage just fine, even longe

He's done several 3-4 hour trail rides in different places and with different horses around. Always the gentleman and really getting along well with other horses. I love to sit on him, he is soooo comfortable and I don't feel tired afterwards. No reins needed on him, he does just fine. I just got the hollow mouth snaffle bit for him; that should be all I will ever need. I don't do much mouth contact, only to change direction or to slow, but I use a lot of voice and seat instead. He doesn't know me much, but by next year, he can probably follow my hints easily. Did open him up a few times and he can run pretty well too. No problem bringing him back. I am taking it very slow with road traffic and getting him used to being alone. After all I am trying to build h

Comments:Hi Eleanor, I wanted to give you an update on my little pinto mare. She is doing great. I get compliments everywhere I take her and I have taken her everywhere. Not just because she is very flashy but also because of her attitude and behavior. Yesterday I took her to Plantations Field in Unionville, PA and for an hour we watch riders go through the cross country course (yes, I saw Philip Dutton jump). I sat in a folding chair while she was right behind me between 2 cars. She just stood there eating the grass around her. She was so happy there that she did not want to leave to go home. What a gem! She has been absolutely wonderful. She is happy in a group, by herself, and on a trailer munching hay. There is very little that phases her. Anyway, today I met someone on the trails and she wanted to know where I got her. So I told her all about you. The lady's name is Joan White. She may be contacting. I am so happy that you found her. Again thank you. Marie Brady

He has become so personable and affectionate—nickering for us whenever he sees us from his stall, and coming right up to us when we call him in the field. He is seriously doted over, and even though he is Thomas’ horse, I love him more than my own! We got a bit for him that he really seems to like. It is a Sprenger western type bit designed by Linda Tellington Jones. He has really relaxed with it, and while he still loves to go, is much less keyed up. He will walk calmly, even at the beginning of a ride. He is still all business on the trail, and just really seems to love his job. I can find no faults with him! His hoof crack is no worse and he is totally sound, We are ordering another set of the natural balance shoes for his next farrier visit. I just thought you might like to know that he

I wanted to let you know gypsy dancer (filly) made it to our house she did well on the trailer she winneyed a little at first i think she was saying goodbye to all her friends lol She is doing well and seems to like her new home the big boys looked at her from across the paddock in jealousy as she has her own pasture and her own paddock. My son who is 25 years old and lives with us never bothers much with our horses as they are a little pushy came out to see her and spent a good bit of time with her they were almost hugging each other it was so cool. I would like to thank you again for saving her as we think she is beautiful. She ran in the pasture this morning like she owned the place and probally will soon . lol I found out that you really cant do a dna test to find out what her breed is but we dont care because shes just what we wanted and she will always be a Queen at our house. i will send some pics from time

He loves his new herd (maybe a bit too much) but will leave them. He has been on three trail rides and is awesome. I swear, he truly LOVES trail riding. ears up, let’s go attitude for every ride. He is not as respectful of his new bit—definitely leans on it, but does ok, and we will play around. My hope is that he can eventually go in a hackamore alone, but we’ll see. A funny thing is that Arthur, our standardbred who really does not like any other horses, gets along great with him! They can stand side by side at the trailer and ride side by side on the trail. I love that! Arthur has started pacing again, I think because it is the easiest way he can keep up with him! Annoying, but okay—we’ll work it out. Anyway, Thomas LOVES him and is having a blast riding him! I have attached a few pics

I looked at the photos and video and made my decision, since she was too young to ride. When she arrived I was amazed at the quality and scope of this youngster, which in my opinion exceeded her description. After a year, I then decided to find a trained RMH for my husband. I turned to Eleanor again. After much searching, and failed trials, she found the perfect horse for me. It was a leap of faith for me to buy a riding horse from so far away and without "seeing" him in person. But I trusted Eleanor's judgment and made the decision to have Mickey shipped to Arizona. He is everything and more than Eleanor described. Her exhaustive evaluation of each horse I considered (and there were many, thank you Eleanor for your patience) was invaluable. I cannot recommend her highly enough as an honest and reputable dealer with the owner AND horse's best interest in min

Because I don’t have a lot of time to ride, I have been cautious about what I ask Val (or Valley Girl, or Valerie) to do, and we have been getting along really well. She’s been good on the trails with other horses but becomes anxious if her stable mates are in stalls and I her away from them. If I trailer her away she doesn’t have that concern. Val did come with some baggage. I worked on her trailer fears with help from an excellent booklet my vet gave me. She is not totally relaxed about it yet, but she loads readily. She is shy, especially of other horses. I think we can attribute this to her upbringing as a bottle baby: she misse

Comments:I just wanted say thank you to Eleanor for selling us a little paint named Linus. I had been searching for months for a horse that I could trail ride and my son could also ride. My son has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair so I needed a really quiet horse. Eleanor is the first person that I have met that sold a horse that is what she said he was and more. I have had people tell me that a horse is quiet only to have it become hot when I bring it home.Linus is wonderful. He is a great trail horse and he is wonderful with my son. I couldn't be happier with him. He gets along great with the other horses at the farm. If I ever decide to get a second horse I will buy one from Eleanor. I trust what she tells me. Thanks Eleanor, The Morrissey Family

So far he is getting along great with my other horses and loves to accept treats from us. We are loving all over him! We really like this little guy, and I know with some positive training will make a excellent mount. Thank you so much Eleanor! I will keep you posted on his progress.

Comments:Well I am e-mail you with great news. Elise May has been in boot camp so to speak for the last 2 months. I have done a lot of ground work with her using some natural horsemanship training that I used to train my Appaloosa. I also started using this old German bit that I had that I use when I broke Penny. She has been fabulous for me so I convinced Earle to give her another try. She was a really good girl. She STOPS when you ask her instead of taking you for a ride LOL. I think we have the right combination for her and she is back to being a Hubby horse. I think the bit really made the difference. I've been working on her bending too. It's amazing that big old body has a beautiful bend so she can ride in a ring after all. I will have to send you some new pics but she is doing great. I did not want to have to train another horse but it ends up that she has come along quickly. I hope Earle is able to bond with her now that she is listening. Talk to you soon!! Krystal

Comments:Hi Eleanor, I just wanted to touch base with you again following our telephone conversation. I put Smoke in a running martingale and went back to the basics by doing ground work/lunging. Initially, we pushed each other's buttons but we quickly established a new found respect for one another! Smoke is a VERY smart horse....his stubborness is the only thing standing in his way. Less IS so much more with Smoke! I popped Smoke over some jumps in the ring yesterday and I swear I saw a smile come over his face (HA)! I plan on using this winter to work on his relaxation ("long and low") and rhythm/pace, as well as, getting him out xc hacking. Smoke is completely settled in, enjoys a routine-- oh, and has a beautiful black winter coat...reminds me of black velvet. Anyway, I could go on and on... Best wishes to you and George for a wonderful holiday season. Ali P.S. Pictures soon--I promise :)

Comments: Hi Eleanor! Just thought I’d drop you a line and let you know how Lily’s doing. Yesterday was her 1 year anniversary, and a lot has happened since you dropped her at the farm where she was boarded! At first, she was a handful. She did NOT like being in her stall, and in fact, jumped out of it—over a 5’ door from a standstill. She was a PAIN IN THE BUTT under saddle. Then she got sick and I couldn’t even ride her for months. Everyone said I was in over my head and that horse was going to kill me. Anyway, I floated her teeth and changed her bit and she improved. I changed her saddle pad and she improved A LOT! (She did not like the grippy pad I was using) Then, we bought our own farm and moved her here. She is a completely different horse. Hindsight is 20/20, you know, and I really think she hated it at that barn. She is the boss of her little herd, and a pretty good trail horse. I know she’ll get even better w/more miles. I’m glad I listened to my gut and stuck it o

It was comforting to know that we could return Elsie to Eleanor and that Elsie was in "good hands" while we were in the process of selling her and placing her in a new home. Eleanor was supportive and helped us with ways of advertising Elsie. She was understanding and very fair with her fees and on the "other hand" we could relax and knew she was experienced with placing horses. Elsie was sold to a loving, caring home. Exactly what we had wished for. We received our payment ,for her, in a timely manner, just as Eleanor had promised us. We thank her for everything..........Kimberly Holub

The owner of Slew is into some Parelli training and we have been working that avenue with Gizmo and he is responding beautifully. No longer pushy, not even at feeding time, and is just responding so well to ground commands. He is a dream to ride but still needs a little more work at his faster paces. Comments:Hi Eleanor- I just wanted to give you an update. Ready had a good week at his new home. Is still working on the pecking order. There were no issues with biting or kicking from either him or the other horses, some are just keeping their distance. I have been to see him everyday this week and he comes to the gate when he sees me walking into the barn area. Took him for a 2 hour ride today around the property and in the indoor ring. He did very well. Seemed bored in the indoor ring after about ten minutes, but that is ok, I am not one for ring riding. He left me tack him up with no problem and also mount with no problem. He really is a good boy. He has been very gentle, does not seem too pushy and appears very comfortable with his surroundings. After the second day he knew which stall was his for feeding and goes directly there when it is time to eat. The dentist is coming to see the herd at the end of the month, so his teeth will be looked at then. The farrier is scheduled for

All is well, except that of course we can't go anywhere or do anything because of the snow. My trailer is snowed in and the stinking snow is too deep! Belle and her buddy LB are quite bored and I've hung up some "toys" to try and keep them busy, because otherwise they like to chew on the barn. Belle misses her trail ride and dressage lesson days, but hopefully the snow will melt and spring will come soon. Bascically he wanted me to do all the work and he'd have all the fun, well lets just say that didn't fly too well. After three frustrating years I finally had enough when I had my son, I told him he needed to move the horse. He got indignant and stopped paying for him. That is when I had to decide if I wanted to go ahead and train him or get rid of him. I decided to try and sell him or give him away, because now I had a new baby and no time except for my horse. To make a long story short that is how I met up with Eleanor and she gave it a whirl. Well, he is a different horse, he is now beining ridden and is poning other horses. I knew all he needed was a job to do. Elenanor has done wonders with him and I am glad I decided to give him to her. At first I was sad, but now I am glad he is living the life he should be living. Thanks

I have never seen him more content and peaceful. He used to be a chronic cribber and had to wear a miracle collar,he was also on ulcer guard. Although he still cribs occasionally, he no longer wears the collar and he is off the ulcer guard. He is so much happier and healthier. In the begining I was worried it would be a difficult adjustment, but he loved being out fulltime with the herd and doesn't even choose to use the run-in shed!I don't intend to board him in a stall in the future, now that I see what a benefit it is to keep him this way.

Within a minute or two they were nosing and nuzzling at each other and grazing side by side. Today we went to visit her, and she came right into the run-in to say hello. Even cuter—there was a young orange cat/kitten washing itself in the run-in. Lily sniffed at the cat, and the cat started rubbing on her nose and purring. It was so adorable! I was so upset that I didn’t have my camera! She seems to be adjusting well. We are just thrilled! I haven’t handled her yet—Noemi and I want to make sure she feels safe in her surroundings first. Good lesson today followed by a lovely trail ride - just a good guy. Sometimes balks a little in the ring when he decides he's done, but very minor and we work through that. It is one of the best Midwest rides I have done and was not an easy deal. She is one tough little mare! I think she has figured out she just needs to get the loop done and she goes back to food. She eats like a goat on the trail, drinks and takes very good care of herself. She appears to think that trail rides are a smorgasbord and that works well for me. She also let me know when we were going away from camp and how dumb that was in her opinion. More later...

Comments:Hope (now known as Merlot) is an absolutely wonderful little mare. She fits in with the geldings beautifully, and thoroughly enjoys romping around the pasture with them. She has been an absolute pleasure so far, and I greatly look forward to continued work with her. Thank you for your time and for providing me with such an awesome mare. She is a dream already and she is still only a yearling. I cannot wait for the years to come. I will definitely be sending you some pictures shortly. As well as updates on my beautiful black percheron/morgan filly! Everyone loves her! I get compliments all the time on how beautiful she is.

Comments:Hi Eleanor! Roxy, or Rox, as you called her is doing great. I think we've had her for almost half a year now. She's still very green but consistent training has helped her alot. Last summer, I took her on long trail rides and we jumped log jumps that were at least 2'9". It is harder to get out there now, with school and the cold weather, but as long as I am consistent with her and make sure she knows that I am the dominant one and the leader, as she does get a little testy, everything goes fine. Also, after using your tips for her ear-shyness she has overcome it and no longer pins them back and shakes her head them back when i touch them or put her bridle on. She is a great jumper and in time will be a great games horse. Thanks for helping me find the right horse after I have waited my whole life to have a horse of my own. Sincerely, Tess

I bought "Able" a 2 year old Stdbrd/Cross from Eleanor two weeks ago. She personally delivery him to my stables and now I have the pleasure of spoiling him everyday. He is the most absolute gem of a horse. I have never met a two yr old with his personality, abilities and willingness to please. If you ever want to find the perfect horse spend some time talking with eleanor and I guarantee she will find your dream horse. My new baby is now named "Harry". I have taken many pictures of himin his new home, as soon as i can figure out how to put them on the web I will post them. Thank you Eleanor and of course George too!

Comments:I bought SS Polar Ice {Roadster} an eight year old arab gelding from Eleanor and I am more than pleased. We talked about the horse and we talked about me, and what I was looking for in a horse. Well after a few a few more conversations and pictures we drove almost eight hours to see this horse. I bought him that day and had him shipped home the very next day. It was a pleasure dealing with such an honest person. I have to say that doesn't happen enough in the horse business and believe me I know. When I'm looking to buy another horse my first call will be to Eleanor. Eleanor, I just love Roadster. Thank you.

Comments:Hello, I am the owner/manager of the yahoo site for treeless saddles, which is www.groups.yahoo.com/group/treelesssaddles. I have been researching and riding treeless saddles since 1992. I recently bought a Trekker treeless dressage model from Eleanor. It was sold to me as 'new' and came totally brand new in bag! I was very pleased and have been testing it out on my horses. My initial impression is extremely good. It has two stirrup positions; two seat positions, a knee roll and movable panels under the saddle; which raises it off the spine of the horse. Is very comfortable for me and I am extremely picky! The saddle is very lightweight, and excellent quality for the price. I have ridden and tested Bob Marshall Sport saddles, Freeform, Torsion, Barefoot, SBS flexion and Ansur. I have four horse's and like a saddle for each...this Trekker is a keeper!!!! One of the best in that price range! Eleanor was easy to deal with and shipped pronto. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her a

It's hard to find an honest horse seller and Eleanor was honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Comments:I purchased my beautiful Arabian mare, Belle Aer, four years ago from Eleanor. I went to see the mare on a Saturday and Eleanor delivered her to my home on the following Monday. I knew after two trial rides, that this was the horse for me! I bought her to enjoy as a trail horse, which I have have certainly been doing ever since. Eleanor had said she was good on the trail and that has always been wonderfully true! We have recently embarked on a new adventure, the art of riding dressage! Both Belle and I are enjoying this new pursuit and hope to continue both the trails and the ring for many years to come. Thanks, Eleanor!

Comments:I board my mare at Val's Corral, and am extremely happy with the excellent care. Eleanor's attention to detail is truly remarkable. She notices the slightest changes in a horse's behavior, and deals with issues before they become problems. She works collaboratively with owners in caring for our horses. I'm also impressed with how Eleanor and George are constantly making improvements to the facility. Maintenance issues are addressed ASAP. In the 8 months my mare's been here, the size of the ring has doubled, a new paddock with run-in shed has been built, the grooming area's been better isolated from the turnout pasture, a new tack room's been built, the barn's been opened up to create more run-in shelters, safer round bale holders have been put in place, and many other improvements have been made. I've also enjoyed watching the process as Eleanor brings in new sale horses, works with them, and finds them suitable homes. /td>

Our next purchase was a Gray Polish Arabian mare of 19. Still green, she had been trained, but then used as a brood mare. We did some retraining and she has taken my two girls that rode her to 4H Districts 3 yrs. in a row. Eleanor has remained a friend which says something about her character. Her horses are healthy, very reasonably priced and everything she says they are.
